About Provider

I am from Cypress Texas. I graduated from Cy-Rach Highschool, I moved to Nacogdoches where I purse my Social Work Degrees At Stephen F. Austin State University. My career has allowed me the opportunity to work with clients of various ethnic, religious, financial and educational backgrounds. I have a specific passion for clients with complicated grief, adjustment issues, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. I have found a calling assisting people with the challenges of daily living. Individuals who are in a transition in their life, suffering a loss, and past trauma. I want to be the voice for the voiceless, and to guide individuals to find their strength within themselves to help come up with solutions. I enjoy empowering others to make connections in their own world that lead to a shift in their understanding of themselves. Confronting difficult issues can be challenging, I want to be a safe place while processing difficult topics while embracing and becoming their authentic self. My goal is to help teach skills that bring meaningful and positive change into the lives of others – for the clients to become their own therapist.
