I enjoy working with adults, teenagers and children to understand how to grow and maneuver their way through life's challenges. It can be overwhelming not knowing how to deal with anxiety, stress, and social expectations when you don't know how to open up. This can take its toll and make anyone feel powerless. Discovering how fear and anxiety grow over time while interfering with daily tasks can improve self-esteem, confidence and create strong bonds between parents and children. I also offer Psychological Evaluations for Immigration cases petitioning under a UVisa, VAWA, Asylum, or Extreme Hardship.
