I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has been serving clients for over 8 years in a variety of different settings. Currently, I provide individual therapy to adults having difficulty with life transitions, processing childhood trauma, relationship issues, identifying a sense of self-worth and shame. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support in our life journeys and strive to provide a safe and comfortable place for my clients to be vulnerable. I prioritize regulation is to help retrain our bodies to know they are safe. From here, I support clients in processing any previous adverse experiences, challenge any negative core beliefs and create new narratives.
