I am dedicated to helping individuals find resources and tools needed to overcome stress of everyday life and life\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s unexpected challenges. It is my goal to help others discover their self-worth, courage, and strength. I enjoy seeing progress and positive change in people\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s behaviors, thoughts, and life. I believe our quality of life is directly related to quality of relationships, ability to maintain relationships, life experiences, and knowledge we gain from our experiences. I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field working in a nonprofit agency, youth residential treatment, and one-on-one in home ABA services. I use a combination of Solution Focused, CBT, and DBT that may help meet clients\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' needs depending on each individual\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s unique circumstances. I assist people in identifying problematic pattern behavior, reflect on how their experiences in life have shaped these patterns, and challenge clients to discuss possible solutions to experience problems in a new way. During times of hardship when you feel alone and hopeless, it is difficult to identify your strength and resiliency. I strive to assist people in recognizing they are stronger than they know or feel. I provide a safe space free of judgment to guide people in learning to tolerate the new and different ways they experience the world and create lasting change.
