I offer telehealth session so you can heal and grow in the comfort of your own home. I believe there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to therapy. My job is to work collaboratively with you to tailor a treatment plan that is as unique as you. You are the expert on your own life, my role is to work with you to help find solutions to improve your life. My passion is in helping clients navigate through life obstacles, explore maladaptive behaviors, and improve their life.
