About Provider
As a working mother to boy/girl twins I understand that the transition from working woman to working mother can be drastic and filled with challenges. I am here to support you as you find your way, not only into your new role as a mother, but more specifically your role as a working mother. Be it challenges around balancing responsibilities, facing loneliness, or that dreaded brain fog doesn't seem to go away, I am here every step of the way. Together we will find a way to allow you to flourish in all of your roles. My Credentials: In addition to my personal experiences as a mother and a career oriented woman, I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Illinois. I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum International and I am an adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

Additional Practice Details
- I know that working mothers are very busy and coming to a traditional office setting is not always possible. As such, I offer telehealth services (video calls or phone calls) for clients located all over California. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions in Redondo Beach if you would prefer to take a stroll by the beach while discussing your current concerns.
