Do you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning (or evening for you shift workers)? Do you dread going to work? Are you going through a major life transition? You may be experiencing burnout, depression, or stress. You are not alone, and I am excited to start this journey with you. I am here to meet you wherever you are. I won’t bore you with all the technical terms, but I use a variety of approaches that I tailor to your needs. I provide a client-led space to collaborate on your needs and goals. I have been where you are, and I know what it is like to reach out to a stranger for help. I am nonjudgmental and down to earth. You can cuss, cry, laugh, or do whatever you need to do during our sessions together. My professional journey spans over seven years of law enforcement experience, complemented by several additional years in diverse helping professions.
