About Provider

Navigating trauma, toxic relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you can be exhausting. My approach is centered on helping you untangle confusion, make sense of your experiences, and build a life aligned with your values. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, but it also dives deep. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, explore the root causes of your struggles, and focus on creating meaningful change. For areas where you feel stuck, we can use EMDR, a powerful tool to process unresolved emotions and shift long-held beliefs. My background includes years of working with survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault. This experience has shaped my understanding of the profound resilience people have, even in the face of immense challenges. It also helps me provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your story, no matter how complex or difficult it feels. Clients often share that they feel heard, validated, and empowered through our work together. Whether it’s healing from emotional wounds, breaking free from unhealthy dynamics, or redefining your identity, I’m here to support you in moving toward clarity and confidence.
