If you are seeking your first experience with therapy, you might feel a bit nervous or apprehensive. That is normal! I value the importance of highlighting and exploring the unique strengths and resilience in each individual to help encourage hope, confidence, healing, and growth. Areas that I have had significant experience in my career thus far include trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, adjustment in clients of all ages, parenting stress and strategies, educator burn out prevention and support, and athlete mental health.
