Are you struggling to communicate with your loved ones, set boundaries, manage your stress and anxiety levels, or cope with ADHD/Autism? Imagine working with a therapist you feel can empathize with, consider, validate and normalize the unique cultural experiences you have. As a mixed Asian, Native and white therapist, who is also close with the Latina/o/x community my practice is rooted in values of empowerment, empathy, and authenticity with an anti- oppressive lens. We will collaboratively work together to identify your needs, issues/challenges and goals that are bringing you to seek therapy. You will learn communication/ social skills, build confidence, learn coping strategies and regulate your nervous system to improve your physical health associated with mental health. GI issues, fatigue, headaches… etc. If you are experiencing these issues or anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic pain, or difficulty connecting with your feelings/ body I am here to support, encourage and empower you to do what you need to do to be happy, successful, and thriving.
