Hey! I\'m a person centered, trauma informed therapist. I earned my Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology and my Master\'s Degree in Professional Counseling. I\'m passionate about helping and encouraging people to live well and intentionally. My goal is to help each person foster a healthy story that is built on self love, confidence, authenticity, and a sense of genuinely being understood and understanding themselves. My area of expertise is working with people from adolescents to adults in areas ranging from ADD/ADHD, anxiety, assertiveness training, career guidance, coping skills, eating disorders, life coaching, life transitions (transitioning to a new phase of life), perfectionism, relationship building and discord, self-esteem, and trauma.
